  • Migrate a 700 seat Contact Center from Avaya to Cisco for a leading Health Care organization.

  • Migrate a 200 seat, geographically dispersed, Contact Center to Microsoft Lync using a Private Cloud with centralized SIP trunking. 
     

  • Implement a Lync based Audio Conferencing solution with SIP trunking, global toll-free service and local in country access numbers 
     

  • Implement Contact Centers in NA, APAC and LATAM for the HR division of a Fortune 100 firm.
     

  • Re-engineer operational processes and build Help Desk to support over 900 retail locations across North America.
     

  • Lead effort to select global VoIP vendor for long-term strategy.
     

  • Implement hosted VoIP solution for Sydney, Australia based office of Global Cosmetics firm.
     

  • Manage the relocation of 700 person NYC law firm including Data Center and Cabling Infrastructure design, PBX relocation and move support.
     

  • Manage build out of DR Data Center for major financial firm, as well as relocation of 800 users.
